Tips to improve your hair quality, actually these are step that I follow personally:
• Wash your hair at least once in two , three days. If you are following a active schedule , that involves lot of physical work, exercises, running etc. This involves lot sweating and grease which are secreted naturally ,it’s a natural process you cannot stop it. So, to avoid etching and irritation on scalp, wash your hair daily , if not possible then every second day. Deposition of sweat and grease will make your hair messy. If you are facing problems like dry scalp then do not wash your hair daily.
•Select a proper hair oil for your hair type, everyone has different hair type so you can select a proper hair oil for your type of hair just keep in mind that the selected product must contain all the essential minerals and nutrients needed for a good hair growth. Hair oil doesn’t let your scalp dry, provides a good shine to your hair strengthen them, also act as a heat protector when you style your hair using hair dryer.
•Shampoo and conditioner, after oil this product plays a very important role in maintaining your hair quality. A careful and wise choice should be made while choosing a shampoo as this product is frequently used.
